If any of you have been following me for any length of time, you know I follow Tom Strignano closely.  In the past, I joined his Strignano Forex Signals and followed him to a different signals service.  When he stopped giving out his signals, I kept tabs on him through his blog… basically to keep updated on his Trend Reactionary Numbers.

Well, Tom Strignano is back!
